At Lunara Led, every product is meticulously checked after receiving your order to ensure the highest quality. Due to the unique nature of our products, the inspection and shipping process typically takes up to 2 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes refer to transit time after your order is shipped and do not include processing times. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or supply chain disruptions. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days, and we will keep you informed throughout the process. Please remember that delays are possible when you place your order, and by completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, or to track your order, please contact our support team or use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Please note that the stated delivery timeframe refers to the transit time after your order has been shipped and does not include the processing time required to hand-prepare your product.

Secure Shipping Policy
What is Secure Shipping?
Our customers' orders are prepared with extra care during the shipping process and are checked during the packaging stage before being handed over to the shipping company. The "Secure Shipping" option is only valid in cases of loss or serious damage caused by the shipping company.
Scope:
Once the product is handed over to the shipping company, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.
In cases of loss or severe damage officially acknowledged by the shipping company, the process will be initiated through the shipping company.
Once the customer's request is confirmed by the shipping company, a refund or reshipment will be arranged.
Customer Responsibilities:
You must check the package upon delivery. If there is any damage or missing items, it is mandatory to have the delivery person prepare a damage report. Notifications without a report will not be considered.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address and contact information when placing an order. Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete information are not covered by the warranty.
Delays after delivery, misuse, damage occurring after opening, or customer-related issues are not covered under this warranty.
Period:
For damage or loss reporting after delivery, the customer must have a damage report drawn up by the shipping company at the time of delivery and notify us in writing within 24 hours at the latest.
Once official confirmation is received from the shipping company, the order will be reshipped or a refund will be processed.
Important Note: The Secure Shipping option only covers loss/damage that occurs under the responsibility of the shipping company. Our store cannot be held responsible for loss/damage claims not accepted by the shipping company.
